Highlight #6: Deep Water Dive. My very first SkyBOX from ProSlide, those slides with a trap door for an almost vertical drop. At around forty metres high, it's true that it's a bit scary not knowing what's going to happen once the door is closed. In reality, you're literally gliding across the water, and the recovery and braking are really smooth. The downside is that you get all the water in your face, which makes it hard to see. As a result, I ended up closing my eyes; I'll have to get a mask next time. =]
Day 11: Kentucky Kingdom. A park a little bigger than Waldameer that serves as a rest stop for half of this American adventure. Home to 5 roller coasters, little effort was required to discover the whole park. In fact, the "mechanical attractions" section seems smaller than the water section, a refreshing one that will have helped you stand up to the imposing Kentucky sun.
