Trip highlight #2: The Beast @ Kings Island. My longest coaster ever, with its endless length and impressive speed. The experience is sadly marred by the trim brakes installed in the middle of the descents, but that's what keeps it alive. At night, the beast is truly unleashed and takes its passengers deep into the dark forest on an almost blind expedition at almost uncontrollable speed. I so wish to have known the trimless time back then, it must have been really, really crazy! #KeepFeedingTheBeast
Highlight #7: Backlot Stunt Coaster. A rare coaster from Premier Rides. Small but pleasantly fun, with impeccable comfort and a very neat themed environment; you can feel the Paramount touch at the time. A real little surprise!

Highlight #6: The Bat. Alone in its corner, this Suspended from Arrow hides a lot of energy and vivacity! Certainly the best model of its kind in the world on this level, with speed, strength and well thought-out turns for intense but smooth swings.

Highlight #5: Diamondback. When we didn't have Shambhala, the Americans at least had this. The course is generous, and the air times are well balanced, although it's still classic Out & Back. However, it seems more profitable to be in the centre of the car rather than at the ends.

Highlight #4: Orion. My very first B&M Giga, and therefore my highest too. Correct air times, and above all a good wind grip in 1st row. As usual with B&M, it's comfortable and the ride is as pleasant as ever.

Highlight #3: Banshee. Bigger OzIris with vest restrains. Definitely not the best idea for the last point, unfortunately. Because otherwise, the ride is very interesting, and the height of the coaster gives it a good energy to face elements that are not far from intense. My preference is for this one rather than our Egyptian coaster.

Highlight #1: The Beast. It was an honour to ride my 600th coaster on this legend, which is also my longest. Endless cycle time, super-satisfying speed pick-ups and all in absolute comfort, especially when you know the age of… the beast! 🥰 Definitely my kind of machine. A must-do in first row, and after dark for an insane experience!
Highlight #2: Mystic Timbers. A GCI with a well thought-out theme, good height and excellent thrills. I felt the pleasure of Joris with a more generous travel time, and with, in addition, the presence of a dark-ride at the end of the ride. It would have needed a second dark-ride at the beginning to push the storyline to the end for it to be perfect. But the fun and pleasure are there, and Mystic Timbers is sure to appeal to a wide audience.

Day 10: Kings Island. My best park of this trip so far! 😍 Although smaller than Cedar Point the day before, the park offers no less than fifteen coasters, and these are very well designed, offering pleasant thrills while providing theming for a quality experience. My best visit experience since the start of this trip!
