Mini Tales

So this is it for Six Flags Over Georgia. It's been a bit of a tough day, and we're happy to end it. On to the next!
Highlight #9: Battle for Metropolis. When Six Flags comes up with an interactive dark ride, it's really quite good! The theming inside is good, and the game is pretty fun, even if it's still a simple shooter. Let's just say that the instructions could be clearer, and some of the dynamic panels could be more 'explosive' in terms of audio. But it's nice to be able to enjoy something other than a coaster.
Highlight #8: Kid Flash Cosmic Coaster. Discovery of a Kiddie Coaster by Skyline Attractions. It's very cute, and the dueling aspect is fun. I was expecting something a bit smoother in terms of sliding, though; it's still a bit shaky for the age of the thing. But apart from that, it's pretty nice and compact.
Highlight #7: Riddler Mindbender. A Schwarzkopf Looper with a smooth ride. What's really remarkable is the way it goes through the Vertical Loops at high speed with just the right amount of force. You can clearly see the signature of the late manufacturer.

Highlight #6: Dare Devil Dive Coaster. A Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter that is none other than Plopsaland De Panne's Anubis, with a vertical lift instead of a launch kick. The advantage of this model is the use of a lap bar instead of a shoulder restraint, and better smoothness.
Highlight #4: Georgia Scorcher. My very first Stand-Up Coaster, at last! And what an intense experience! In the end, maybe it's better that Rougarou is floorless rather than Mantis Stand-Up. The G forces are so strong that it really pulls on the calves. After a while, I found it more pleasant to simulate the Sit Down by leaning on the edges of the car.

Highlight #5: Batman: The Ride. The classic Inverted B&M compact, which can also be found at Parque Warner in Madrid. It's so intense that it pulls at your feet and gives you the black veil. Especially when it's very hot. I came out of it disorientated.

Highlight #3: Superman: Ultimate Flight. My second B&M Flying Coaster, after Manta at SeaWorld Orlando. I still love that real feeling of flying. The course doesn't have as many interesting tricks as its Florida cousin, all the interest being in the Pretzel Loop. As for the rest, it's just OK.

Highlight #2: Twisted Cyclone. A little RMC of the same ilk as Storm Chaser at Kentucky Kingdom. But it's fair to say that it's not really crazy, even if it is an RMC.

Highlight #1: Goliath. A 'little' Hyper B&M that delivers impressive air times for this type of model. Vibrations not very pleasant on the extremities, the ride experience is completely better in the middle. Finally, the best machine in the park.

Day 13: Six Flags Over Georgia. The park that doesn't allow you to bring a DSLR or hybrid on site. And with Six Flags-style operations to boot. OK, here again, there's a big list of rollercoasters to ride, but at this level of the trip, let's just say that each ride is almost starting to look the same. 🤪 Nevertheless, this is the worst visit experience of this trip. The instructions are not consistent on all the attractions, and the human relationship is bad. The kind of place I don't want to go back to because of poor management. It had to happen on this trip…
