Highlight #4: Whacky Shack. An old-fashioned ghost train. In the same old school style as those you'll find in Blackpool or Gröna Lund. Not necessarily essential, but a great way to get to know the culture better =]
And that's all for Waldameer!

Highlight #3: Steel Dragon. Crush's Coaster without the dark-ride part, and in the open air. It's the second of the trip, and compared to Laff Trakk in Hersheypark, this one has the merit of going fast without braking too much. But in the end, by comparison, I think that our Crush's Coaster ends up being the best SC2000 you can have.

Highlight #2: Comet. A small wooden boat for all the family, without too much extravagance, and with a comfort that's in no way reproachable. Just cute.

Highlight #1: Ravine Flyer II, the renowned local wooden by Gravity Group. It hides its game very well, as only a very small part of the course at the start is visible from the park. It's impressively responsive and with the real PTC 2x2 trains, it's reminiscent of the good old days at the start of Zeus Thunder… Although generally fluid, the intense straightening can give you a bit of a headache. But that's just a matter of getting used to it. The view over Lake Erie (which separates the United States from Canada) is incredible.

Day 7: Waldameer. The smallest park to date, similar to the Luna Parks in the south of France. It does, however, offer a Ride Day pass so you can take advantage of the various local facilities. It took us half a day, or even a third of a day to get to the end of what we wanted to do. Nice, but I wouldn't necessarily make a diversion just for this park, even though it has some very good wooden.
