Busch Gardens Williamsburg: Alpengeist – Highlight #3: Alpengeist. Certainly my biggest B&M Invert, and an old school one at that. I've always seen pictures of it on the Internet, so it was a real thrill to come face to face with this colossus of steel. The coaster is divided into two parts, the first of which is fast and very intense, with the Cobra Roll in particular whipping hard. Enough to satisfy fans of thrills and spills. The second part is much smoother, allowing you to get back to the chalet without getting too… destroyed. 😜 Clearly an old-fashioned hit as it should be.
